Privacy Policy

TinyLandlord stores account and rental-management data you choose to enter. Authentication is handled by Supabase. Payments for paid membership are handled by Gumroad.

Information we collect

Account information such as email address, profile name and authentication metadata; workspace information such as properties, tenants, leases, payments, expenses, maintenance requests and documents; and product analytics events used to understand feature use and conversion.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the service, authenticate users, secure workspace access, provide requested features, improve the product and manage memberships.

Data separation

Workspace records are scoped by organization membership and protected with Supabase Row Level Security. Admin analytics are intended to be aggregate and privacy-aware.

Third parties

Supabase provides authentication/database infrastructure. Google may be used for OAuth sign-in when enabled. Gumroad handles paid checkout and membership billing.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of your account data through the service operator. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
