TinyLandlord is provided as a software workspace for rental management. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and keep your account credentials secure.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for protecting your login credentials. Do not share credentials or secret keys.

Your data

You retain responsibility for the rental and property information you enter. You should keep appropriate backups of important records.

Memberships

Paid plans are purchased through the linked Gumroad membership. Access in TinyLandlord may depend on the membership entitlement received through the server-side webhook integration.

Not legal advice

TinyLandlord provides organizational and reporting features. It does not determine the legality of leases, late fees, notices, deposits or other landlord-tenant actions. Requirements differ by jurisdiction.

Availability

The service may change over time as features are improved. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
